Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking:
- If you're booking a facial or waxing service, be sure to stop using retinols, AHAs, BHAs, or any exfoliating acids at least 5-7 days before your appointment to avoid irritation or sensitivity.
- non refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
- Clients have 48 hours before their appointment to cancel without any penalty.
- No call/no show will be charged 100% of appointment total.
- Deposit is only transferable once and if rescheduling within 48 hours of original appointment.
- Once service is rendered there are no refunds. All services are final.
- No extra guest. Only one person is allowed in the room at a time.

Late Policy
Grace period of 10 minutes late, after that your appointment for that day will be canceled. If running late please send me a text, I will try my best to accommodate you.
